MailPerformance rewards the expertise and good practices of its partner agencies and users by launching a certification programme
With this initiative, MailPerformance demonstrates its determination to encourage the growth and activities of its partner agencies, by reinforcing the commercial, strategic and operational support it provides.

With more than 80 marketing and PR agencies as customers, MailPerformance is today one of the preferred partners for e-marketing experts. Its agencies therefore benefit from very high value-added support and dedicated products, such as the Multi Account version of MailPerformance.
In 2011, MailPerformance will go even further for, as Sandra Jezo, MailPerformance's Marketing Manager, underlines "in the face of strong competitions, with very differing levels of service on offer and an environment of perpetual innovation, we aim through our certification programme to support the growth and dynamism of our client agencies by helping them to maintain the high level of competence and service their own customers are due."
A programme designed as a veritable "quality label"
To accomplish this, MailPerformance determines the degree of eligibility of its client agencies and, if necessary, suggests an improvement programme they might adopt to achieve certification. This programme is based on respect for good practices in e-mail marketing and deliverability in terms of the company (MailPerformance Certified Partner), but also in terms of the competence of the operational teams using MailPerformance, via the MailPerformance Certified Professional programme. Based on the results obtained from an audit, three levels of certifications are awarded to client agencies and users, for a duration of one year: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
MailPerformance then offers numerous advantages to its certified agencies, such as participation as a privileged partner in MailPerformance events (MailPerformance Users Club, customer/prospect breakfasts), training for their staff by means of dedicated e-mail marketing workshops or access to exclusive marketing, sales and functional documentation.
Accredited agencies benefit from reinforced strategic support from MailPerformance's staff according to their needs: operational, commercial or technical. Finally, a PR kit is made available to agencies so they can promote their certification amongst their customers and prospects.
